What Makes Us Different

Norwest Central Healthcare provides access to a range of health-based services under one roof, where kids and mothers can receive high quality medical care in a supportive, holistic and safe place. The team are hand-picked for their competency, knowledge and genuine interest in the health and well-being of families. There are paediatric occupational therapists, dietitians and speech therapists that can assist in assessing, managing or correcting developmental, behavioural and functional impairments.

Children's health needs are unique, and every child is unique. Our goal is to work positively with you and your child to build the individualised life skills they need to reach developmental milestones and gain confidence and independence. The child-focused collaborative model of care at NCHC will achieve these goals faster, in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment that families will want to return to, confident that they are receiving best possible co-ordinated care.

NCHC is transforming medicine and therapy for kids and families in The Hills and look forward to working with your family.

How We Can Help

Norwest Central Healthcare (NCHC) provides a convenient one-stop location where families can expect evidence-based care from highly experienced and locally-trained therapists and GPs who are fully accredited.

Our centre was conceived from many years of treating children and observing the difficulties families experienced in navigating the complex and fragmented world of developmental and behavioural screening, early intervention, funding and timely access to essential services. Attending to routine medical check-ups, vaccinations and common childhood illnesses is vital and allows us to best meet the individualised needs of children. Availability of an on-site kid’s GP working collaboratively in a team of skilled health professionals helps to maximise all children’s health outcomes.
